Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hall’s Auction Company or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Hall’s Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 2 hours before the auction begins. Hall’s Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Grading and lot descriptions are provided by the owner and the auction company as a guide and are not a guarantee as to the condition of the coins. It is the buyer’s responsibility to view the coins prior to the sale and to form his/her personal judgment in grading the coins, and thus bid accordingly. There is an unconditional guarantee, however, against counterfeiting or altered authenticity of any coin, he/she must notify the auction staff before taking possession of the coin, and the said coin will be sent to NGC at the purchaser’s expense. A full refund will be given on any coin found to be in false authenticity by the NGC and the NGC fee will also be refunded by the auction company. Once the coins are in the possession of the purchaser, there are no refunds, or any adjustments made. Any disputes must be handled immediately on the day of the auction. All coins are to be sold to the highest bidder at public auction.
